Lux Design World respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and for handling counter-notifications.
We commit to protecting original designs, visual works, and all forms of creative content shared on our platform. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is prohibited.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notices)
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to Lux Design World. This process allows us to address alleged infringements effectively.
Required Elements for a DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, your communication must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details, such as a URL or a description of the work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Include information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on Lux Design World, such as a URL.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Sending a false or misleading claim of infringement may result in legal liability under DMCA Section 512(f). Please ensure the accuracy of your information before submission.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error due to a copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the removal. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party.
Required Elements for a Counter-Notification
Your counter-notification must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that Lux Design World removed or disabled access to, and the location where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Lux Design World may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Send your counter-notification to [email protected]. We typically restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Lux Design World takes copyright infringement seriously. We maintain a policy of terminating user accounts or restricting access for users who are deemed repeat infringers. Repeated unauthorized use of copyrighted material, including original designs and written content, will result in account suspension or termination.
